These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to your enrollment and participation in The Inspired Life Method event ("the Event"), organized by [Huckstep Coaching] ("the Organizer"). By enrolling in the Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrolment and Payment Terms
Payment Terms: Full payment or a payment plan must be completed to confirm your enrollment in the Event. Participation is contingent upon the Organizer receiving all payments as scheduled. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of your access to the Event or associated materials.Refund Policy:Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your enrollment within 3 days of signing this Agreement ("Cooling-Off Period") for a full refund of the total amount paid, minus any non-refundable costs (such as event materials, booking fees, or bonus items). Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email address]. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.After Cooling-Off Period: After the Cooling-Off Period, all payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your enrollment at any time, but any outstanding payments remain due and payable.Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the Event without submitting a written rescheduling request, the full Event cost will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be offered. However, at the organizers discretion, your ticket can be credited to future events
2. Rescheduling and Event Changes
Rescheduling:You may reschedule your attendance at the Event up to 30 days before the Event start date without incurring any additional charges.For rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the Event start date, a $250 Late Transfer Fee will apply.Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] No Show: Failure to attend the Event without written notice will result in the forfeiture of the full Event cost, and no credit will be offered toward future events.Changes to the Event:The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to alterations to the seminar date, location, city, speaker, content, or hours.While we will notify you of any such changes, no refunds will be issued due to these changes. If applicable, we may offer the option to reschedule your attendance or provide a credit toward a future Event.
3. Health and Fitness Requirements
Physical and Psychological Fitness: You represent and warrant that you are physically and psychologically fit to participate in all activities associated with the Event. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, it is your responsibility to seek professional advice from a licensed healthcare provider prior to attending the Event. The Event is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. No Harmful Conditions: You further represent and warrant that you know of no reason why participation in the Event would harm your physical or psychological health.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
No Professional Advice: The information presented during the Event is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. It is not financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice and is not intended to replace the advice of licensed professionals in these fields. The Organizer does not endorse or authorize the provision of such advice during the Event.Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, your participation in the Event, or any goods or services provided by the Organizer, including consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. You agree to attend and participate in the Event at your own risk and acknowledge that the Organizer is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of your participation. No Guarantee of Results: The Organizer makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from your participation in the Event.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Materials: All materials provided during the Event, including but not limited to training documents, videos, and any other content shared, are the intellectual property of the Organizer and are protected by copyright law. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Organizer.Use of Event Content: The content shared during the Event is for personal use only. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the Event materials will result in immediate legal action.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidential Information: The Organizer respects your privacy and the privacy of all participants. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the Event and to not disclose any trade secrets, business information, or other sensitive materials that you may learn during your participation.Privacy and Data Protection:The Organizer will collect and process personal data provided by you in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for event administration or as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and other personal information shared with the Organizer.
7. Media Release
Use of Likeness: You hereby grant the Organizer the non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your image, voice, and any related materials (such as photographs, videos, or audio recordings) in any marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and printed materials.This grant of rights is perpetual and worldwide and includes all forms of media and marketing channels now known or later developed.
8. Force Majeure
Event Cancellations or Postponements: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control), the Event may be postponed or canceled. In the case of Event cancellation due to a force majeure event, the Organizer will not be liable for any damages or refunds, but may offer a credit for a future event or a partial refund, considering non-recoverable costs.Mitigation of Force Majeure Events: Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of a force majeure event.
9. Non-Disparagement
Commitment to Respect: You agree not to make any disparaging or harmful statements about the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, speakers, or any fellow participants. This commitment extends beyond the duration of the Event and continues indefinitely.Continued Obligation: This obligation not to disparage or damage the reputation of the Organizer and its representatives applies even after the completion of the Event.
10. General Legal Terms
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.Severability: If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.Amendments to Agreement: Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and approved by an authorized representative of the Organizer.Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Organizer regarding your participation in the Event and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
